Chief Executive Officer
- Over 40 years experience in acquisitions, exploration and production sectors of oil & gas industry across multiple basins in Texas
- Founded Cooper Oil & Gas, Inc. in 1979, a privately held company with ownership and operations across the Permian Basin, North Texas, Central Texas and the Gulf Coast
- Negotiated numerous acquisitions of PDP assets across multiple basins, drilled and completed over 300 oil and gas wells, and successfully maintained operational efficiency and low lift cost to sustain profitability through multiple downturn
- Acquired over 100,000 acres of proprietary 3D seismic data through mineral leasing and shooting as well as data acquisition and over 60,000 acres of leasehold rights for developmental purposes

Cye Cooper Wagner
Executive Vice President, Exploration
- Over 15 years engineering experience in multiple basins including Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast, Permian Basin, Fort Worth Basin, and Barnett Shale in completions, production, drilling and reservoir engineering with EOG Resources and Cooper Oil & Gas, Inc
- Many technical improvements designed and implemented in completion techniques with frac proppant and pump rate design, lateral cement qualities, and completion techniques in both horizontal and vertical wells
- Drilled and completed over 150 wells in multiple pays and basins across Texas
- Successfully negotiated reserve-based revolver lending programs with multiple banking institutions
- Created and implemented corporate organizational structure for operations, engineering, accounting, and regulatory departments and has over 10 years of regulatory management working the Texas Railroad Commission, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
- Currently serves in an executive management role over the exploration, accounting, human resource, and regulatory departments
- Recently completed a two-year term as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, becoming the first female and youngest-serving Chairman of the Board in its 92-year existence
- Currently serves as Chairman of the Texas Alliance Oil & Gas PAC, serves on the Executive Committee of AWEN – the Aggie Women Engineering Network, and helped found and sits on the Board of the Kindness Duck Project, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to “Planting, Growing, and Sharing Kindness”

- Represented oil and gas operators and commercial property owners in ad valorem tax issues resulting in over $25,000,000 in taxable value savings
- Represented landowners in condemnation proceedings statewide increasing landowners’ value and reducing condemner’s footprint
- Represented clients nationwide in complex civil litigation
- Selected as a “Top Attorney in Fort Worth” each year when practicing for public and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell

Kyle Wagner

- Over 15 years experience in drilling, completions, production and reservoir engineering in Texas and New Mexico Permian Basin, Texas Gulf Coast, Fort Worth Basin, Barnett and Eagle Ford Shales with EOG Resources and Cooper Oil & Gas, Inc.
- Manages Permian Operations for Cooper Oil & Gas, LLC
- Extensive experience in both internal A&D and SEC reserves, and audit reporting using ComboCurve, ARIES, and PHDWin
- Manages and works with integrated cloud computing, AI and CMG reservoir simulation software to identify, implement, and optimize secondary recovery candidates and processes
- Responsible for all reserve-based economic analysis, projections, and reporting
- Leads internal commodities forecasting in conjunction with outside brokerages
- Developed proprietary full-stack analytical program to evaluate unconventional resource play geology, drilling, completion, production, and cost metrics of individual wellbores, streamlining and increasing accuracy of estimation processes
- Developed PetroPulse mobile and desktop software application to collect and analyze production, accounting, and forecasting data
